Have I mentioned lately that riverheart absolutely rocks? Well, she does.

I'm sitting here, replete. Filled to the brim with salmon chowder. Home-made salmon chowder. Home-made Copper River King Salmon chowder, no less.

And we've got several quarts cooling down enough to put into fridge containers for later.

Life, despite the manifold suckiness, is still good.

Recipe? I don't use one, I make it up as I go. I think I'm going to have to write this one down, though, because it was *really* good (and used free salmon, too).
