... I was hoping for something new. Moller's skycar is the "fusion" of transportation, except rather than 20 years away it's been more like 10 years away every year. As they say, he's spent hundreds of millions on it and the thing is still just a prototype. Unfortunately, skycars are simply not going to work unless the vendors can come up with one that is not only relatively cheap, but solves the essential safety problems inherent therein, of which there are many, and far worse, than in ground transportation.
We could use one -- this commuting long distance thing is growing old.... gee wonder why it's only been 3 years.....
I just got back from a week camping in the woods (in my motorhome with my darling, my daddy and my misc pets and hobbies). Yep that flying car would come in handy to keep this employment and personal life stuff balanced...
