Apologize? APOLOGIZE?! Resign alreddie; Clarke already did so - in disgust.
I will accept the other four apologies the same way the American People accepted Dick Nixon's when he screwed the pooch. A resignation letter and a trip home to forever be a civillian, never again to accept tax dollars in any shape or form.
I don't want apologies. I want responsibility... but all I'm seeing is the same level of responsibility Janet Reno and Bill Clinton took for Waco and Ruby Ridge - none. Less than none, even. At least Bubba and Betty got up on the boob toob and mouthed the words - for all the good it did.
What I would give for a politician who really believed in personal responsibility.
If there's one thing that I can't stand about Dennis Kucinich, it's when he said on Democracy Now! (http://www.democracynow.org) last year that he doesn't believe in impeachment and that we have to live with the choices we make.
Excuse me??? We didn't choose Bush, he was IMPOSED on us by the Supreme Court!
Kucinich is also in dereliction of his sworn duty to uphold the Constitution by NOT calling for impeachment of the current crowd.
